Refund Policy
At Phones4Trades.co.uk, we aim to provide a flexible and customer-friendly refund policy.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@phones4trades.co.uk. Your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, and you will retain access to your phone number during this period.
2. Refunds
If you cancel your subscription within 15 days of your most recent payment, we will issue a full refund of that payment. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and you will continue to have access to your number until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds are limited to your most recent payment and cannot be applied retrospectively for previous months or unused services.
3. Service Disruptions and Compensation
If your service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request compensation equal to double the pro-rated value of the subscription fee for the period during which the service was unavailable. Compensation will not exceed the amount you have paid for the relevant period.
