Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of Phones4Trades.co.uk, a service operated by Lars Living Ltd. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. The Service
Phones4Trades.co.uk provides tradesmen with local phone numbers that are diverted to their personal phones via a monthly subscription. Subscriptions are flexible, with no long-term contracts, and can be cancelled at any time.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Payments are processed monthly via the payment method you provide at signup.
- You may update or change your payment details by contacting us or updating your account online.
4. Termination and Suspension of Service
- Customer-Initiated Termination: You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@phones4trades.co.uk. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to your number during this period.
- Company-Initiated Termination: We may terminate your subscription if you violate any terms of this agreement, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in unlawful use of our services. We will provide written notice of termination.
- Suspension of Service: We may suspend your service if we detect any misuse, unlawful activity, or artificially inflated traffic (AIT) on your number. Suspensions may also occur due to non-payment. You will be notified of any suspension and the steps needed to restore service.
Phones4Trades.co.uk reserves the right to terminate or suspend your service if any of the following occurs:
- Failure to pay fees within 14 days of the due date.
- Breach of these Terms of Service or any other agreement.
- Engagement in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
In the event of suspension or termination, any amounts due will remain payable, and you may incur a reconnection fee to restore service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Phones4Trades.co.uk is committed to providing high-quality services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free service. We will not be liable for any loss of business, profits, or goodwill arising from service outages, except where required by law.
Compensation for service outages lasting more than 48 hours is limited to a pro-rated refund for the affected period. Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Changes to Service and Terms
We may make changes to our services, including pricing, from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using our service, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
